Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is responsible for reviewing applications for zoning variances and appeals of zoning determinations. The BZA’s meetings are open to the public, held in the Town Council meeting room,  and are scheduled on an as-needed basis. The Town Clerk puts all application materials, reports, supporting items, and citizens comments into one document, which is distributed to the BZA for review prior to the meeting.

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets monthly on the 4th Thursday of each month at 6:30pm in the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall, 19753 Main St, unless otherwirse posted.
